• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
• Late payments may incur interest charges.
• Recurring services (e.g., monthly SEO or PPC) will be billed in advance.
• No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary assets (e.g., logins, branding materials, content).
• Review and approve work in a reasonable timeframe.
• Communicate honestly and professionally.

Failure to do so may result in project delays or additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified:

• All work created by CMT (including designs, campaigns, content, etc.) remains the property of CMT until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party software or licensed assets.

CMT retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

CMT is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website
• Ranking fluctuations or ad performance, which are influenced by third-party platforms outside our control (e.g., Google, Facebook)

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Any outstanding payments will be due immediately.
• CMT may retain a portion of pre-paid fees for work completed.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement.

9. Modifications to Terms

CMT reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law
